Shamanism
Over the years, I've come to appreciate that health can involve more than nutrition, education, or even lifestyle change alone. While food, counseling, and healthy habits provide a strong foundation, I've personally found that practices that foster self-awareness, self-attunement, and a deeper connection to one's inner wisdom can be equally meaningful. Since 2014, I have studied and practiced shamanism, and since 2021 I have explored energy-based approaches to understanding patterns that influence well-being. Through this work, I've witnessed how shamanic healing can help people feel more empowered, more connected to themselves, and more aligned with the lives they want to create. For some people, this can be a valuable complement to nutrition and lifestyle practices, offering another pathway for insight, growth, and healing.
Â
In shamanic healing sessions, we explore the intersection of how lifestyle practices and shamanism can support each other to improve health. Shamanic healing is a subset of alternative medicine and in the category of spiritual healing. Shamanism is best used as a complementary healing method, in addition to traditional, integrative, and allopathic modalities. Shamanic healing is not a substitute for medical care.
